Easiest App Ever

Click the blue box and rename the first seller, then do the same for the other colors.  Click the start up cash & put in the amount of money that you are going to start the sale with. You can customize each of the prices too but clicking on each one and entering the most common sale amounts for your personal sale.

That’s it for set up.

EASY!!!

Making a sale

Recording a sale

To record a sale, click the name of the person the item belongs to and then the price of the item.  If there is not a button for the specific price click other and enter amount.

Each entry is listed at the side and is subtotaled for you.

Once you have finished entering all of the items individually, click total order button and this blue screen will pop up.  Enter your amount that the person gives you and then an enter button will generate…click that.  The change due to the person will be calculated.

Click complete sale & then start again for another customer.  So super easy & does all of the calculations for you.  I’ve done many garage sales and not having to calculate makes it so much faster and much more accurate.  No thinking involved.  Great when you have a line up of customers.  I start to feel the heat & my mind goes blank. This is a GREAT tool for that.

All you do at the end of your garage sale is click the “sale total”

It will literally tell you how many items each person sold & how much each person made.  image

THAT IS IT!

So much less stress and headache.

HUGE SUGGESTION:  If you are having a two or three day sale, I would suggest cashing each person out at the end of each day and clearing the sale.  It just makes it so much easier at the very end.  Keep track of the numbers for each day if you want a complete total.  You can take a screen shot of it before clearing it.  Then you have a record on hand.
